DIY Stocking Stuffers- Wrapped Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Nuggets

The Crafting Muse needed a chocolate fix.

She asked for some help or I would be banished to world of non-crafting for a month.

So raided my ribbon stash (which is btw in her bedroom) and  wrapped some Hershey Milk Chocolate Nuggets and that saved the day and me from that non-craft dull world.

Below are some wrapped chocolates that I left as offerings to the Craft Muse.

I used gift tag stickers to make these. I have a pad of Christmas cardstock paper. I place the wrapped nuggets on a cardstock using double sided tape and slid them into a pretzel bag. Tied it off with a ribbon and it's done!. On the back is a stick that says Hershey's milk chocolate nuggets.

Here is a gift card tin full of wrapped Hershey's nuggets. I used left over scraps of HP, and  Chicago sports themed and then some gorgeous ribbon that I have from making key fobs. The box was a little big, so I wrapped some smarties candy in gift tag stickers, and placed between the nuggets. Hoping that these will appease the craft muse.  She's got to like some thing in the tins.

Two DIY Wristlet Key Fobs

I found this fabulous ribbon and I need to have some handmade items to give at Christmas.  So I made some wrist sized key fobs.
So, guess who is gonna to receive a key fob wistlet?
No, you guess- LOL
I know the perfect person for the Star Wars themed one and I have a pretty good idea who would appreciate the Gilmore Girls themed one.

see below for pictures.

( I am not affiliated with or an authorized dealer for companies that feature Star Wars (Disney) and Gilmore Girls items.  These are one of a kind, hand made in my home)

Seven Hand Made Fabric Covers for Composition Notebooks

I've been away .
Banished to the sewing kingdom (aka the basement craft zone).
Why?
Because I've promised the Craft Muse that I would use some fabric from the fabric mountain residing in the guest bedroom. Which is by the way, where the Craft Muse hangs her magic wand and stores her jars of magic dust.

So, I was busy sewing some fabric composition bookcovers.
Yeah, my hobby is my obsession, that is in addition to craft hoarding.

I was not happy that the Craft Muse said that she wasn't able to see the cover on the guest room bed.  The mountain of fabric is still skyhigh.

She said I have to sew harder so that she can take a look at the bed cover.  As I remember, the cover was a gift to her from her Aunt Sophie (the Duchess of Muse) and needs to be cleaned off from all the fabric lint.

Sigh, I'll be sewing er seeing you much, much, later.

Below are just seven of the dozens of covers that I've sewn.

Three Machine Emboridered Composition Notebook Covers

I've been running from the heat this week and hid out in the "craft cave" aka the embroidery zone in my basement.  It is right next to my husband's man cave....

While cooling my heels there, (it is about 20 degrees cooler than my house) I decided to stitch up some machine embroidery designs.  Sewing and machine embroidery is my hobby, you-know!

Below are the three designs that are new to my composition book cover collection.

Nine Gothic Themed Fabric Covers for Composition Notebooks

It's getting to be that time of year again.
My favorite time, because next month is Halloween.
And at my house that means the whole month of October, we DO Halloween.

The Craft Muse gave me the okay to use a little (dark) magic to sew up some covers for composition notebooks.   It's my hobby, by the way, sewing stuff.

Below I am going to treat you  (not trick you) to what I call Gothic Themed covers.
On the right is the inside pocket and the image on the left is the front cover.

I made 2 more. So now a dozen, instead of ten . See the two new ones below.

DIY Free Standing Lace Ornaments- Unicorns!

I've been in a magical type spirit for the past 2 weeks.

Why?

I've been working on making some free standing lace ornaments for up coming craft fairs.

So?

That's not so magical, I can agree, unless the ornaments were of magical things, like Unicorns.

And they were.

Behold the Magic of my creations below.

DIY Fantasy Themed Wristlet Keyfob

This is the last of the wristlet key fobs that I will be making (probably for-ever- LOL).  The ribbon has lots of different graphics and I choose three of them to center on the fob.

I bought this ribbon from a company in Australia.  Not only is the ribbon very cool, but also the stamps on the envelope that it arrives in!!

Four DIY Wristlet Key Fobs

Finishing up the Key-Fob-A-Rama!  (waiting on one more ribbon and then I'm done with Key Fobs for the year or eternity- LOL)

Below are four more wristlet key fobs that I've made.  I'll be selling them at craft fairs in the Fall.

Fourteen DIY Key Fobs

I've been granted a wish by the Craft Muse, because I made 30 embroidered bookmarks, before she returned from her Bermuda vacation.

So, I wished for ..... more ribbon!!!.

Why?

Because I must confess, I have a ribbon addiction.

And the Craft Muse said my wish has to be craft related.... go figure.

So I used my wish and made some key fobs and key fob wristlets.

I will be selling these items at up coming craft shows.

But, because you are special and actually stopped by to read this blog, you are going to get a preview of the new "Fall Line" of key fobs.

They are below.
